Course Description:

Construction cost analysis: is the analysis  construction company performance or its workers to accurately identify where the company  spending projects’ money and resources – and whether or not this money is being well spent.

Course Objectives:

1. Assessing either approved cost is profitable or loose.
2. Controlling project incurred costs.
3. Analyzing Cost based by Work.
4. Planning and assigning resources to work as suitable as matched.
5. Calculating Resources cost by based on duration and Production.
6. Controlling Labor production and paying to it.
7. Preparing cost analyzing reports.
8. Identify and protection of risks cause to loose company project cost.
9. Completing Project Cost Plan.
10. Preparing worksheets and Other work related materials.

Course Eligibility:

This course eligible to the student who filled the below conditions:

1. Must attend University.
2. Must attend Engineering Classes.
3. Must Completed Basic Course of “Cost Estimation” or Equivalent.
4. Must have basic knowledge about Mathematics.
5. Must passes the assessment of entry requirements.

The language of the course instruction is Somali Language.
